Arcona AB is one of Sweden’s lead in ggeneral contractors, active in construction, renovation, and property development. On Magasin 3, Arcona is carrying out a comprehensive renovation of a ~9,000 m² harbor warehouse in Frihamnen, Stockholm, on behalf of Stockholms Hamnar
The Assignment
Magasin 3 is a building of high cultural and historical value, being adapted for new tenants while existing tenants remain in place. The controls solution is delivered in two phases, without disrupting operations or compromising the building’s heritage status.
As subcontractor to Arcona, Cubus Verde is responsible for the building automation and controls delivery, coordinated directly with Arcona’s installation management on site.
